Derek Peterson just gained $40 million more dollars

Revenue means nothing if

rev = 100 expense = 200 get my drift.

I am expecting an announcement for the up-listing to the NAS - Not "we are preparing for something 2 years from now" -->Which is code for---> they just want another 1 billion shares to sell.

I am expecting some kind of huge merger?

Those are the only 2 reasons why Derek Peterson said he would do a reverse split?
