so why don't you think there will be a dividend in 2109 or 2020?

There could be a dividend reinstatement in 2020-2021, but 2019 seems unlikely due to cap-ex spending on the Toledo plant.

This thread began when a poster claimed that a dividend reinstatement was imminent, which is plainly absurd.
