Class action lawsuit against Banro, good job guys. Miners need to be held accountable. They need to understand that investors will no longer put up with fraud. Allied Nevada pulled one over on investors as well. ANV management lucky they didn’t get sued for securities fraud. Perhaps justice will be served with Banro.
