Last years harvest is behind us, Gailm. It's 2018 and spring is approaching. NC hemp farmers learned a lot, but not everything was within their control.
Yes, it appears seed quality was a significant contributing factor to what went wrong during NC's first hemp grow in nearly 90 years, due to a variety of reasons.
