I know institutional holdings have risen quite dramatically in commons. Perhaps beginning w those earlier FNMFO trades you mentioned. I know I had a bid in for 5 days and even TD couldn't tell me why pps suddenly dropped to 1k-6k pps. They couldn't even locate it in their system, had to access it through my personal acct.
Watching closely as of late. GL
