Thousands of entities are registered with industry and commerce. registering a business entity in China can be cheaper and simpler than most states in the US.
I got excited reading your post, thought maybe there was now a direct Governemnt link between ZJMY and JBZY. Still disassociated.
Of course ZJMY is registered, they have a very nice Beijing dealership.
