You mean to say after a year and all the so called milestones it is still "UNCLEAR" at this time if we will be able to obtain such financing". WOW, you would think they would be more on the ball after a year! Hmmm, maybe more funding is needed. Maybe there are a few more toxic lenders MMEX hasn't dealt with. Why not, they increased the shares to how many BILLIONS now?
