If that 1.5 Billion dollar line is really in the 8-k than it has to be all but confirmed that IHSI is RMing with DarkPulse.

On Thomas Cellucci's Facebook page dated January 29th, 2018, Tom posted that DarkPulse was evaluated at 1.5 Billion.

I don't believe in coincidences and that number is exact as to what Tom posted.
