Because they are so disconnected being in China , simply do

not care to expend the energy OR as others have speculataed Canoe was never

even truly involved here from the start etc...YOU are correct you would think a

legit co. like Canoe would put out their own press release stating things

are progressing or NO the merger is off - but mysteriously that isnt

happening which leads me to suspect none of this was on the up and

up to begin with ....

..regardless - if there is NO S8

filed those two Canoe board appointees cannot receive the stock options

(their pay ) which is there (supposed) agreed method of

compensation ...I was

suckered too - believe me I am sitting on worthless shares and N O I am

not shorting this stock. We have to look at the facts NO SEC S8 = no

payment to supposed Canoe appointees so this is all BS :( .
