our house is up for sale and a realtor is bring someone by in about 45 mins to show it. normally i try to be out of the house, but this time, i will just hide and stay out of the way cause i have someone coming over at the same time to by some furniture.

we are trying to unload a ton of stuff and downsize a little. not sure yet if we will rent or buy, but we have to get closer to bryan's work.

he drived 4 hours round trip a DAY. we want to cut that down to just 1 hour or so, round trip.

we are pretty sure we are going to get the house sold this time. market is picking up and we dropped the price even more, so getting more showings than ever before.
