He is doing a meaningful play on the acronym R/S. He is saying REVENUES SHARING... not reverse split.

Me feeling is that the reverse spilt won't need to take place at the ratio proposed initially in the amendment. We will see if we can get close to the NASDAQ requirement without the spilt... And then after the dust settles there may be a small split to take care of NASDAQ requirement for the share price.
