psid should rebound above .001 soon. the os is right at under 2 billion and all the 8k'd convertible notes are extinguished, based on the volume since the filings dropped. as of the last 10q, there was no convertible debt left ($11k), and all the 8k's since, have been accounted for in the os and trading volume. that is why the volume has died. any momentum hits this, and it will start a quick ascent back to .00's.
