Ok...I have 'JUST' spoken (spoke 'live' with a real human on the other end of the phone) to and engineer for the Pubic Works in Pecos County and he just told me that the permits were approved, the easement was granted, and the road has been cleared to 'the refinery site'. Me mentioned driving on State Road 1053, then turning onto Texas-Gulf Road, then onto the new road.

This has been confirmed, so anyone who is saying it ain't happening is plain out lying!!!!!
