Howard Phillips sold exclusive rights to the technology known as SSPT and Keough trademarked it. Keough buys IP. He doesn't steal it.

Again, Phillips has always known that Keough, as his patent attorney, was a named co-inventor, knowingly sold the tech to Keough, and did nothing to reverse that fact.

Keough was hired as a patent attorney not a partner in the business. Keough unlawfully put his name as inventor on the patent application. He had no right and broke the law.
