Yep if Wainwright gave a remote single crap they would've struck the financing deal at $1 per share...which is the price their original pump pushed the share price too.

But instead they spent the last several weeks shorting and manipulating the share price down under .60 cents then struck the financing deal...exactly like every other offering that IPCI's secured over the past 4 years.
