Volume is low because there is no interest.

Equating lack of volume to no dilution is not realistic.

The company told you how many shares they've diluted and at what price the capital they wanted cost shareholders in their Q3 report.

Dilution with FNHI appears to be mostly for growth. But, it's dilution no matter how you view it.
