Frank is afraid to tell investors Merger was a fake, so he tweets 1 month ago "Venture in Peril" because some investors called Canoe and asked about the merger? WTF? That's BS and Franky knows he has to find a reason to announce failed merger as MOU BS that won't transpire anyway. I think it's about time the SANP crew on I hub LAWYER UP and file A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against SANP, otherwise Franky the fraud and his rapper dork knot boyfriend are going to keep defrauding investors and stealing their money for many years to come.
