The language in Desmond’s shareholder letter is not childish, and is acceptable. Simply stating his/ their intentions to resign and not to continue on with Glance which, by staying, would create total dysfunction amongst the new BOD. He and his wife would have to leave in order to insure the survival of Glance.
If Penny wins, does it make any sense for Desmond & wife to stay? No.
My votes are with Desmond.
