Google SEC Industry Guide 7 guidelines and SEC warnings regarding mining companies. Use of 43-101 by US Companies can lead to suspension of trading. It is prohibited.

No reputable geo will sign a 43-101 for a US company. Period. They have to use Industry Guide 7 which is more conservative in classification of mineralization.
