Your rating only goes down if you get bad reviews and do not tend to them.
We have no bad reviews in 18 years of business so we have held a A plus rating for well ever.. We had one bad review on ripoff report but it was taken care of right away and the BBB never even took action as we showed documentation that we resolved the problem and it was resolved in a timely manor.
Our company does not have the same revenue as ERBB as we are not a ERBB company
