TAR forecasts today will see the low of the recent dip. Not sure if there will be a spike down or not but there should be some support. Not looking for a huge rebound because of the continued dilution overhang, but it's time to try a little push upward and see what's brewing.

Might be going out on a limb here, but that's what the model says. Would feel better about any forecasts if there was more volume around. Oh well, we'll see.
