Just a suggestion, but it may be of benefit to wait until you have a response before posting. I understand the intention is good, but the execution comes off very similar to a company that makes stellar predictions, then leaves its investors waiting with baited breath for results.

Instead of keeping us abreast of communications you have reached out to, perhaps hold a little patience and simply post the whole synopsis with initiation of communication and the reply you have received.

Again, just a suggestion. Your initiative is appreciated, but only posting the initiation of communication is not all that fruitful.
