There was also some interesting filings in the Evans v Greenlaw (Derivative lawsuit) case.

Essentially, all the parties have sent affidavits to the judge requesting final approval from the court. That's the one that is settling for $1.5 million total with about half of that going to UDF IV after some fees.

Next up is seeing the final settlement on the class action lawsuit, which all parties have filed with the court that they have a signed MOU and are working on a contract.

Then someday maybe we'll get to see financials.
