This company has long ties to the frauds at IRTH Communications and their promotional efforts to create liquidity for the sleazy micro-cap players such as Doug Leighton, Honig and his crew of Grossman, Brauser, Stetson, O’Rourke, Delevaco Group and others named in the last few S-1’s. That is their game: get some dope CEO (Dietrich), convince him that they are looking out for him, give him some money to run the bogus company and go to senseless conferences to try to get new shareholders to buy their massive supply of stock all while they are running fake news and stock promotions quarterbacked by IRTH Comminications. Look under the hood of this POS, there is nothing but heavy G&A, travel and entertainment expenses and salaries to a bunch of zeros like Dietrich and his smoking and butt buddies. They have no technology or provide any service that anyone would pay a penny for.
