Seems so odd for a penny stock to offer a spinoff lol. But the good thing is, their latest 10-Q from 11/20/2017 says it's expected by 1st quarter 2018. On 11/20/2017 this was trading at .15, so these guys were well aware of what was going on with their stock price and they STILL antipicate launching this 1st quarter, otherwise they'd simply omit it from the 10-Q. This could be the PR event they use to get this to .05+. They've been planning this dilution rally for months, something has to light the fuse.
