Heightened and inexplainable activity in a severely delinquent SEC Registered stock has occasionally, but not necessarily drawn the unwanted attention of the SEC.

Whenever any stock is delinquent over 5 years that stock is at extreme risk of an SEC Suspension and subsequent revocation of their registration.
