We have to vote Yes so the company has it as an available option. Pony up everyone. It's the only rational company to keep this company in business forever, as is our moral duty to do. lol You said in another post that you were disappointed you didn't get to buy shares at a lower price. Don't worry, if the company does what you suggest, you will have your chance at lower share prices. That's one thing you can always count on with this company, a lower buy-in price in the future.
