My belief is LRS is either in the process or already has ordered 8 more digesters. ECOS will profit after paying for the units and spliting the remainer with LRS. Based on the facts and filings it seems this is a well thought out plan that will be tested and implemented over time. If and I dont know for a fact, but if the newly issued 5 billion shares has gone to reduce debt and some income hits the balance sheet ECOS will move north nicely. Based on the 23 SEC filings since last July I do not believe this to be a scam or shell game. That's my opinion after reading those filings and seeing both of what ECOS and LRS has made public.
