I've been keeping this on watch now for some time and will continue to do so. They can still pull it together and get the answers.
The tough part is waiting for them to do so.
They should have moved forward for the CE mark already, that's disheartening.
IMO, we had the bad news, what's worse is taking so long to set it right. Seems there's a knot in their communication. It'd be interesting to know who they're talking to at the FDA and whether that investigator knows what AC5 is all about.
