IMPACT.........please let us know on IHUB if the CFO or anyone answeres you even if just to say hi. I don't think they are answering any email which makes me think something rather peculiar is going on.

Why don't you stop by and see if the equipment and people are still there and tell us if they look like they are in business. That would be the first step.
