Nope we have an A plus rating with the BBB and the ripoff report was answered and taken care of in a well then above time frame..
I will be happy to discuss with any potential customer my business practices and how we are only company in our industry that sets warranty standards above all competitors we take care of our customers.
The Rip Report was over 3 years ago and if anyone has done any background on rip off report well enough said about that board.
