just checked the financials and the recent 8k's. last 10q from sept showed no outstanding debt, so all the issued shares since then has been for debt. over 1 bil shares were issued between nov 7 and march 1, at an average of .00065 and since then, another 800 mil shares have entered the market, so the convertibles from all the 8k's since oct, should be paid, and the os should be around 2 bil right now. psid should see that pop to .00's you are calling for now.
