FULL explanation Chilling!!! My experience is that the “initial” audit report is one of the most challenging tasks for management. Every piece of scratch paper, scribbled note is questioned. One can easily lose one’s patience with the audit team because they are relentless.
I expect that the company will learn from this experience and it will provide a foundation of how things will be implemented in the future. Likely there will be some few things where decisions will be restated.
It is why many investors and almost all funds require a company to be fully reporting before they will invest, in fact some corporations are reluctant or will refuse to provide approved vendor status?
It can be a real PAIN but so USEFUL.
