I was going to FYI this info but forgot.
When it was scottrade, i would mail them a check and when they received it they would post it the same day. Now it is TD Ameritrade, their was a delay on my last check,so i called them and they told me, it was a 6-7 day hold.
I flat out told them that is not acceptable, I made them call my bank and verify funds, I had to get the supervisor involved and the whole deal took about 40 minutes.
I need to look at other options, way better technology exists.
