We agree that the stock price is immaterial to the buyout value of the company. However, I think you are missing something if you don't think that the value will be higher after EMA approval, which will seriously validate the science, bring in revenue, and will lead to a domino effect of approvals in other jurisdictions, probably including the U.S.
