Mark Lubchenco, Intiva BioPharma Inc., was gracious enough to step out of a meeting today to answer a question that I had regarding Intiva BioPharma Inc. With Jeffrey Friedland on the BOD of Intiva BioPharma, Inc. until recently, there had to be some connection with Intiva Pharma LLC. Mark & Jeff knew each other for about fifteen years, and they wanted to set up a new company not tied to Intiva Pharma LLC. According to Mark, Intiva BioPharma, Inc. was set up completely with new investment funds. Set up as a new company without ties, NTVA will never have to explain any involvement with another company in the SEC financial reports. That is golden to me. Thanks Mark.
