It could and should.
Problem is, and why BAC will likely NOT reach 40 soon is that it is in the top 6 of the most highly shorted stocks on NYSE! Reason, strong "legs" ,cheap PPS!A easy "cash cow" for the savy manipulators. Don't like it one bit, but the HFT exchanges have this Stock, and others in complete "control". BAC is in a channel ad infinitum'.
A massive buy back or divy hike will help somewhat!
