They have no choice but to sell shares to pay the bills. This company has no revenues coming in so it's this or bankruptcy which will be even worse than this dilution. That said if this is not a Scam and he makes even one sale the thing could change rapidly because of the numbers involved. My principal is 99% gone so I'm stuck along for the ride
