You are right. There is a new CEO. He needs fresh capital to turn things around. That's why he diluted the crap out of this stock about 2 weeks ago. They got the money they needed. No skin off his nose since new CEOs likely have very few shares of stock personally to be personally impacted by the dilution. In 4-7 months they'll RS. Maybe sooner. Whatever the regs say to maintain compliance. Either way, everyone in here now is riding this down. Some flippers will get lucky. I tried, but failed...
