To authorize the officers and directors of the Company with full power and authority to investigate whether third party shareholders who have identified themselves as affiliated with one another have become in fact "affiliates", "insiders" and/or part of a "control group" as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission, thereby obligating the Company to identify them as such in accordance with applicable securities laws and rules.
