Never before has the lack of knowledge and understanding of this industry and business been so obvious as today, which I find fascinating, as how can one follow, offer commentary, and analyze that which they do not understand?

Seriously.

On a daily basis as long as I have been around all that can be seen is many eager to offer their analysis and commentary, yet day by day, week by week, no understanding of that which they attempt to do so is displayed...

Zero.

While of course many cling to financials now 6 months old, (as always) refusing to acknowledge current and now future activities and status...

Does anyone here know how long to complete work on a 30-40k warehouse? To have plants in? How much such would cost? The process? (licensing, inspections, etc)

Does anyone know the projected and actual financials of such?

Same question for Nevada. How about the very same questions, but greenhouses from broken ground?

No one?......nothing?.......

While I don't know the exact manner which they intend to proceed, I'll state right now the Carnegie and Dyer (?) could be licensed and production commencing with as little as $500k each...(Full build out would be more, but $500k more than enough to get underway and plants in as the rest of facility continues to be built out....)

$40MM to further cultivation footprint?

Anyone like to take a guess on the revenue from such facilities?

The neverending commentary for a cultivation and dispensary entity by those who have never been in either, don't understand 280e, cannabis industry and markets is just amazing.........truly......

I also also no one speaking of another (U.S) entity just valued at $1 Billion with maybe 10 dispo's?.
