I know there’s issues with the company, but pricing these shares below .10 just looks crazy to me. Volume is so low here. Whether they bounce back or not IMO there’s no way market cap should be 35K.
This is one of those examples where valuation other than market is more appropriate. Arguably the brand names of these events could be worth a couple of million &. There’s cash flow issues, canceled events and some litigation, but the majority of ppl like these events and they still sell plenty of tickets.
They’re just a newer company going through some growing pains.
