The quarterlies were downloaded to the company website a long time ago. Why there and not at OTCM is a question everyone asked at the time. So, yes, no one is impressed that they finally got around to downloading it to OTCM.

What was stated at the time with regards to anything being submitted to OTCM (quarterlies as well as prs) was that they didn't have the funds.

And this is the company that claims they can finance multi million dollar acquisitions.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
