That's not how it works.

There are many law firms that INITIATE a lawsuit and then SOLICIT complainants.

They need one person to sign as the lead complainant.

IF there was such a lawsuit it would come in the near term.

The stock can't move without new INVESTORS and there is zero reason to come on board in the short term.

Why do 99% of day traders lose money?

They trade on a fundamental misconception about the nature of stock prices, namely that they are somehow persistent and predictable.

In other words, they pattern trade until they lose money. 99%.
