This Company has come across my radar several times including today with the news.

My prior research concluded that cash (dilution) is going to be an issue for the foreseeable future, I wish a major investor/Company would come along and toss a boatload of money at this Company. I usually don't invest in a Company until the end of dilution can be seen in the horizon.

Cash balance 9/30/2017 was around 10M
Cash from notes issuance was 5M
Cash burn is around 2.5M per month

Based upon the analysis above there should be a capital raise within the next few weeks.

I like the great potential of this Company, no doubt I'll be back here at some point.
