Ziv, was still with the company when this occurred. He is no longer with the company. You ASSUME he was fired because of JF.

You assume his firing protects the company from a lawsuit.

It doesn't.

Whatever the merits of any potential suit it still must be defended.

The stock can't move higher without new INVESTORS.

Why invest, now?

Why do 99% of day traders lose money?
