If they brought this to market w/o a patent, that would be a fatal move. If they have already patented their IP, then good. This is a sound buy.

But considering the last round of owners in the shell scams before this, it's hard to believe that this will amount to a whole lot other than the previous runs. Time will tell and I'll keep my ear to the ground.
