From a charting perspective we are in a sweet spot. The Bollinger bands are tightening up, the Center BB line (aka 20dma) and the 50dma are both at .016 which we tested today. A break through .016 takes out two Moving averages at the same time and .018 takes out the top BB line on a tight formation.
