You don't seem to understand that in a complaint if there were 2 different disbarred attorneys that are involved they would be designated disbarred attorney (1) and disbarred attorney (2) - there has to be legal clarity in the Complaint.

The defense would have fun with the numerous disbarred attorneys involved as you suggest...

Your Honor - which disbarred attorney was working on each document - that is absurd to think there is multiple disbarred attorneys listed in the Complaint but oddly no differentiation - the Judge would toss the complaint - even a 1st year law student wouldn't make such a idiotic mistake.

There was one disbarred attorney - who OWCP hired to write the fraudulent 144 Opinion Letter.

The OWCP investors know as little about the legal process and how the SEC operates when dealing with securities fraud as they did about the patent process - which was absolutely zero.
