i actually agree with you about this one. have done my homework here, and think dclt is an undiscovered gem much like rnv$, but with virtually no convertible debt. the os here is spectacularly low, and that 10k that was put out last week, makes this work .05+ just on that filing alone, with this current os and float and low debt. talk about built in value on a stock. it is trading right now, at a 90% discount to the pps it should be trading at, which is 10-bags from current price.
